Who we are
Psych Safety Day is operated by Jason Eisner Consulting. This policy covers data collected through openspace.psychsafetyday.com and related event communications.
What we collect
When you register for Open Space, we collect your name and email address. You may optionally submit a question about a topic you'd like to explore at the event. If you send invitations through our site, we collect the email addresses you provide for the sole purpose of delivering those invitations.
How we use your data
We use your information to: send you event confirmation and details, send reminder emails before the event, deliver invitations on your behalf, and communicate about future Psych Safety Day events. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
We use Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), and Zoom (video conferencing). These services process your data according to their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
Cookies and tracking
We use localStorage to save your optional question input for convenience. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. We collect basic UTM parameters from URLs to understand how people find our site.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@psychsafetyday.com. We will respond within 30 days.
